Corporate Governance

The elements of good corporate governance are particularly important to the KION Group. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are committed to responsible and transparent corporate management and control that is also aligned to the long-term success of the company.

The KION Group Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are not obliged to submit a declaration pursuant to Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act concerning the extent to which they implement the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code (the “DCGC”). But the DCGC is also used within KION as the guideline for designing management and control.

KION Group acts as the group's parent company and management holding company for the subsidiaries who conduct the group's operations with the brands Linde Material Handling, FENWICK, STILL, OM, Baoli and Voltas.
