KION Information Management Services GmbH is the internal IT service provider for the various companies in the KION Group. It employs around 300 people in Germany, with sites in Aschaffenburg, Hamburg, Reutlingen, Ballenstedt, and Wiesbaden, and in Basingstoke and Merthyr Tydfil (UK), Montataire, Serris, Elancourt und Cenon (France), Luzzara und Lainate (Italy), and Xiamen (China).

KION Information Management Services coordinates cross-brand IT concepts within the KION Group and assumes the role of implementation partner.
