Hamburg (Germany)

Hamburg (Germany) is the traditional location of the KION subsidiary STILL and represents one of the largest production sites of the KION Group for diesel and electric counterbalanced forklifts with 1.0 - 8 tons load capacity in Europe. Forklift trucks and warehouse trucks have been manufactured here since 1949; currently, the entire plant has a production capacity of approximately 30,000 trucks per year.

In addition to the production halls, the spacious premises are also home to the STILL branch office in Hamburg, which covers the entire STILL product range in northern Germany, from the sale of new and used trucks to service and driver training. The extensive premises in Hamburg also house the service and spare parts center, a workshop and training center, the logistics terminal and the STILL Arena (an event location for customer, press and employee events) .

In addition to counterbalanced trucks, mechatronic components are also manufactured in Hamburg. The plant has state-of-the-art production facilities with an automated production line, welding robots and a powder coating line.
