Who we are

Five towers build the basis for our team setup – all towers include a central team and a local team.

The central team designs and builds the global solution with the support of the local team, which defines the local legal and statutory requirements and localizes all of the activities.

BT Core Team
Business Process Management (17 E2E Process Streams)
The BPM Tower is divided into our 17 End-2-End Streams who design and build the KION ecosystem. Each team is staffed with colleagues representing the business focus, technical focus and configuration + development skills.
Global IT Enterprise Architecture & Technology
In the Global IT Enterprise Architecture & Technology tower we are covering the following areas:

Data Management
The data management tower is built up in the following areas:
  • Data Cluster
  • Data Quality Management

Organizational Readiness & Change Management
The ORCM tower ensures the readiness of the local organization with change and communication measures, organizational structure analysis and end user training.
Deployment Management (+ Wave Management)
The Deployment tower ensures the readiness of all dimensions (system, data, process, key user, organization, user, infrastructure) in the local country and is the direct interface to the local implementation team.
