Recruitment Process
Application
Documents must always be fully submitted, including a CV and other documents required for the respective position. All applications received will be thoroughly reviewed and pre-selected in a timely manner. Those candidates who fit best for the job will be invited to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Video interview
During the first video interview (approx. 1 hour), we want to better understand the motivation and expectations of the applicants and answer basic questions about the KION Group and the position.
Personal interview
In the next step, we would like to get to know each other better in a personal conversation onsite. The hiring manager and the recruiter check the applicant's competencies and the applicant learns more details about the job.
Depending on the job, part of the interview may be conducted in a foreign language and candidates may be asked to take language or analysis tests.
Job offer
Applicants who successfully complete the recruitment process will receive a job offer at KION Group IT.
